• Commissions:  Our Relationship Managers and Branch Managers are paid commissions and overrides on a monthly basis. Commissions and overrides earned this month are paid by the 15th of the next month. Branch Managers earn income in three ways:

• Personal Loan Production commissions and overage
• Overrides on non-personal loan production
• Quarterly Profitability Bonus

Relationship Managers earn income through commissions on funded volume.

• Medical Benefits:  We offer several health plans to cover you and your family's health care. Health plans offered vary based upon the area in which you live. Options include a point of service plan (POS), health maintenance organization plan (HMO), preferred provider option plan (PPO), the traditional plan (TTP), dental benefits, reimbursement accounts, disability income, and life insurance.
• Savings and Retirement:  We offer a number of ways for you to plan and participate in saving for your retirement, including:
• FlexDollars:  This innovative program helps you earn dollars awarded by the company that you may apply toward your benefits, which lowers your contributions and increases your take-home pay. You may also invest unused funds in your 401(k).
• Savings Plan - 401(k):  You can contribute up to 25% of earnings (15% pre-tax dollars.) We will match up to 6% at 50 cents per $1 you contribute (after 12 months of service). And, you're 100% vested immediately!
• First$hare:  Qualifying employees are granted 50 stock options annually (subject to board approval) in First Tennessee National Corporation. The shares vest and can be exercised after three years! There is also a management program that includes additional shares for managers and top producers.
